Q: Can we put 3 of these sections connected in a line to cover a 30' length ?

Asked by: Bill Rice - 3/15/2016
A: You would have the option of connecting 3 of these systems to create a 30 foot wide span (you would just have a couple of extra parts leftover), and you could also use them as free-standing sections that are each 10 feet wide if you ever wanted to do that as well.

Otherwise, if you would always be connecting them together, and would never need 3 separate / stand-alone sections, then we'd suggest 1 of these Complete systems + 2 of our Connecting / Extender kits to make 30 feet -- this would be a less expensive way to create an ''always connecting'' 30 foot span.

Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Q: Do the 8 x 10 poles breakdown?

Asked by: sherry - 4/20/2016
A: The Uprights (vertical pipes) are ''fixed height'', meaning they do not break down -- if you are traveling with this kit, you would need to ensure that you can safely fit an 8 foot pipe in the vehicle. The Drape Support Rod (horizontal pipe) can collapse down to a minimum of 6 feet.

We do offer an 8x10 Break Apart kit, where the Upright pipes would break down into 4 foot sections. That may be a better option if you plan to transport your pipe and drape, but do not have a large vehicle to accommodate the fixed uprights in this kit.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Q: Am I right that the upright bars are 8 feet tall and do not break apart? Thanks

Asked by: courtney disston - 11/3/2016
A: That is correct. The vertical Upright pipes in this Kit are a fixed 8 feet tall (they do not break apart or adjust in height). We do offer both a Break Apart version and an Adjustable Height version, if either of those would work better for your needs. Please let us know if you need any additional assistance.

Q: Is the 8ft vertical pipe adjustable for transport or is it 8 foot fixed with no adjusting ?

Asked by: Okachi - 4/9/2017
A: Hello, the 8 foot vertical upright pipes in this kit are fixed height. They are not adjustable and do not otherwise break down to a smaller size.

We also offer both an 8 Foot Tall Break Apart Kit (the height is 8 feet, but the uprights break apart into smaller 4 foot sections for easier transportation), as well as an Adjustable Height Kit that can be set anywhere between 6 feet and 10 feet tall (telescoping uprights).

Let us know if we can help in any other way. Thanks!

Q: What is the diameter of the pipe? Thx! John

Asked by: John - 8/22/2017
A: Hi there! All of the pipes in this package -- the Uprights and Support Rod -- have an Outside Diameter (OD) of approx. 1.5 inches. Please let us know if we can help in any other way. Thanks!

Q: Can I hang my banner on this display? If so, how does it attach? Thanks

Asked by: Christine - 9/12/2017
A: You could absolutely hang a banner on this display. We still recommend using no more than 15 pounds of evenly distributed weight (that would include both the drape panels and your banner).

As for attaching, if your banner has grommets, we also carry Metal S Sign Hooks that would go over the Drape Support Rod that is included in this kit.

Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Q: Can two sections be placed together to create right angle/L-shape?

Asked by: Eric - 11/7/2017
A: Absolutely, you could use 2 of these Packages to create a right angle (''L shape''). However, if you would always be connecting them together to form a right angle -- and would never need to use them as separate / stand-alone sections -- then we'd suggest 1 of these Complete kits + 1 Connecting / Extender kit. Doing it that way would save you some money, as long as you would always be connecting them.

Otherwise, if you prefer the versatility of being able to either connect them, or use them separately, then 2 of these Complete Kits could accomplish either of those scenarios.

Q: What are the dimensions for this product? Do you ship to Canada? What are the shipping costs? Is this item pipe and drape? What do you store it in?

Asked by: Amber Hicks - 2/26/2018
A: Hi Amber,

The entire kit, when set-up, will be 8 feet tall x 6 feet (minimum) to 10 feet (maximum) wide. This backdrop system consists of several parts that have various dimensions, so please refer to the ''SPECS'' tab for size and weight information. Of course, we're happy to help if you have any questions.

Yes, we ship to Canada. Shipping costs will depend on the order size and the destination in Canada. Please add all items to your shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and it will show you all of the available shipping methods and transit costs to your location.

This item is for all of the pipes, bases, and drapes for an 8 foot tall x up to 10 foot wide backdrop.

You can store it in our canvas carrying bags, or if it's a lot of parts that you'll be ordering, we also offer storage carts. You can also store it using any other means that you have at your location.

Please let us know if you have any questions about any of the above. Thanks!

Q: We are purchasing a drape "backdrop" for a church pulpit area. How easy is this product to set up?

Asked by: Fred - 10/30/2018
A: Hi Fred! This backdrop is very easy to set up. You simply screw the included Base Pins onto each Base (one Pin per Base) -- the Upright pipes are hollow and slip over the Base Pin (now the vertical pipe is standing). You'd then sleeve your Drape panels onto the horizontal Crossbar pipe; this Crossbar has a hook at each end that goes into one of the slots located at the top of your vertical Uprights. In about 10 minutes or less, you have a freestanding pipe and drape backdrop! Please let us know if you have any questions; we're always happy to help!

Asked by: Eddie Hughs - 3/28/2019

Q: do you have one that is 8'x30'? Price?

Asked by: maria - 2/1/2024
A: If the 30 feet is all connecting together (no breaks / stops in the span), you would purchase Qty 1 Complete Package Kit (this item, which would give you the initial 10 feet in coverage) and Qty 2 Connecting / Extender Package Kits (see 'Related Items', each giving you an additional 10 feet of coverage). 1 Complete + 2 Connecting / Extenders = 30 continuous feet. Please let us know if you have any questions.
