A2Z Recognition Products, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.pipeanddrapeonline.com ("site", “website”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information that we receive from users (“you”, “your”, “user”, “users”, "customer", "customers", "client", "clients") of this website.

We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm and continuing commitment to the privacy of personal information provided by those visiting and interacting with this website.

In addition, this statement will outline the rights of users and customers that are located in the European Union (“EU”), as it relates to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) legislation.

This privacy policy explains how, why and what we do with the data we collect from you. If you have any questions about the policy, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help.

Your Consent

Simple: when you use our website, purchase a product and/or service from us, and/or sign up for our newsletter, personal information is collected.

By using our website you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time with or without notice.

Personal Information We Collect When You Use Our Website

Simple: when you interact with our website, certain information is collected. We use such information to help ensure that our website is optimized for our users, and to better align our marketing efforts with our users and customers.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Broadly speaking, we use this type of personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, to monitor the use of the service, for our marketing and promotional efforts and improve our content and service offerings, and customize our website's content, layout, services, and for other lawful purposes.

These uses improve our site and better tailor it to meet your needs. Furthermore, such information may be shared with others on an aggregate basis. Personally identifiable information or business information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law and/or to the extent to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and Log Files

Simple: our website uses Cookies and Log Files to distinguish website users from one another.

“Cookies” are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features such as personalized advertisements on other Web sites and storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.

Most internet browsers have a Help feature that will instruct you on how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Because cookies allow you to receive some of our website’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on. If you block or otherwise refuse the use of our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any products and services that require you to sign in.

As you visit and browse our website, the website uses cookies to differentiate you from other users. In some cases, we also use cookies to prevent you from having to log-in more than is necessary for security. Cookies, in conjunction with our Web server's log files, allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our website, and which parts of the site are most popular. This helps us gather feedback to constantly improve our Web site and better serve our clients.

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Third Party Cookies

Simple: some cookies may originate from third parties.

Some cookies may originate from third parties, which are primarily used for marketing, advertising, and data analysis purposes. Such programs include services like Google Analytics and Google AdWords (including Remarketing and such other targeted advertisements).

Advertising

Simple: we may use automatic marketing for users who have visited our website.

As mentioned above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s (“NAI”) educational page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work.

You can opt out of targeted advertising by visiting:
-Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
-Google - https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
-Bing - https://advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/policies/personalized-ads

Additionally, you can opt out of some of these services by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at: http://optout.aboutads.info/.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Personal Information We Collect When You Register An Account On Our Website

Simple: in order for you to register an account on our website and/or sign up for our email newsletter, we require certain personal information.

Registering an account on our website makes completing a purchase on our website faster and easier on future visits. The creation of an account allows you to quickly select a shipping address from any entered / stored addresses in your online account – rather than having to enter this information again at checkout, view your past order history, and re-order any of your previously purchased items.

Information that you enter during the creation / registration of an account on our site is only used for such purposes.

Personal Information We Collect When You Sign Up For Our Mailing List / Newsletter

Simple: if you sign up on our mailing list to receive our email newsletter, we will send you periodic emails. At any time, you can opt out of such communications.

Signing-up for our email newsletter gives us the ability to email you with information about our products, services, and other such marketing and information purposes. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our website, new services, and special offers that we think you will find valuable.

You may notify us at any time if you do not wish to receive these offers by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each marketing email that we send.

Personal Information We Collect When You Place An Order On Our Website

Simple: in order for us to provide the products and services that you requested by placing an order on our website, including our ability to process your payment and ship your order, we require certain personal information.

When you place an order on our website, we require information that is pertinent for our ability to fulfill your order, including your:

-First and Last Name (so we know how to address you if we have any questions about your order, as well as for shipping labels and payment processing)

-Shipping Address (for delivery of your order)

-Phone Number (for shipping labels and/or to contact you with questions regarding your order)

-Email Address (to contact you with questions regarding your order, and to update you with your order status such as an order confirmation email, an email notifying you that your order has shipped, etc.)

-Billing Address (for payment processing)

-Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code (for payment processing)

-IP Address (to assist us in checking if an order is legitimate)

Personal Information We Collect When You Place An “Offline” Order

Simple: in order for us to provide the products and services that you requested by placing a manual, “offline” order, we require the same personal information necessary to complete an online order on our website.

Even if you choose to place an order “offline” (not on our website), we still require certain personal information to be able to fulfill and complete your order. This includes all of the required information needed for an online order (see above). We may use third parties that assist in the completion of your offline order.

Personal Information We Collect When You Contact Us

Simple: if you contact us, we collect and retain the content of your message(s), and may collect your IP Address as well.

If you choose to correspond with us through email or our Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) contact form – located on our Contact Us page – we may retain the content of your messages together with your email address and our responses. Your IP Address will also be collected when contacting us through our CRM contact form.

If you choose to correspond with us through our Live Chat software, we may retain a transcript of our correspondence with you. This transcript will include the date(s), time(s), and your device information (including the web page that you were on, the referring web page, your IP Address, your IP Host Name, your broswer & operating system, and your location).

We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.

Product Reviews and Product Questions

Simple: when you post a product review and/or ask a product question on our website, some of the information that you enter will be able to be viewed by the public on our website.

When you enter a product review on our website, you are required to enter a name (or nickname) and a location, as well as your review of the product. The name and location information that you enter for your product review can be viewed by the public on our website once you submit your review. You have full control over what name you use, and what location you enter, when writing your product review.

You can be as specific (using your real name, and your real city/state/province) or as vague (such as a completely made-up nickname, and something like “planet Earth” as your location) as you choose.

For our records, your email address and IP address are collected with your product review, but your email address and IP address are NOT available to the general public on our website.

Similarly, when you enter a product question on our website, you are required to enter your name, email, and your question about the product. For our records, your IP Address is also collected. The name and product question that you enter will be public on our website if/when we publish your product question. However, the email address that you enter and your IP Address will NOT be public on our website, and we will only use that information to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, if applicable.

Like our product reviews, you can make up a name if you do not want your real name to be publically available on our website. We do not recommend putting personally identifiable information in your question (such as your address, email, phone number, etc.), though we do screen each product question before posting, and make every attempt to either edit or remove such information prior to posting it on our website. We also may choose not to publish your product question, if it contains such information.

Surveys and Contests

Simple: if you choose to participate in a survey and/or contest, we require personal information. Surveys and contests are completely voluntary, and you are never required to participate.

Occasionally, we may offer a survey or contest in which case our site, a third party site that is aggregating the information necessary for the survey or contest, or both, will request information for your entry and participation. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information.

Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as Zip Code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winner(s) and award prize(s). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Sharing and Selling Information

Simple: your personal information is only used to the extent that is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested, or when we are legally compelled to disclose your information, or in other uses that protect ourselves or our other users. We do NOT sell or rent your information.

We do not share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that uniquely identify a subscriber (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested.

Third Party Service Providers may be employed to perform functions on our behalf, such as processing payments, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their respective functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so; in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights. We may also disclose account information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Service or to protect the safety of our users and the Public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction, but this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information about customers for commercial purposes in violation of this Privacy Policy.

The Security Of Your Information

Simple: we take steps to ensure that your personal information is protected.

When using our website, including filling out a contact form (“CRM”), initiating a live chat conversation, placing an order, registering for an account, or signing up for our email newsletter, your information is encrypted through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”).

Information That You Can Access, Change, And Delete

Simple: there is certain information that you can access, update, or delete at any time.

If you have registered an account on our website, you can access, update / change, or delete your online account on our website, or by contacting us.

If you have signed up for our mailing list / newsletter, you can opt-out (unsubscribe) at any time by clicking the link located at the bottom of our marketing email, or by contacting us.

Information That You Cannot Change Or Delete

Simple: some information cannot be changed or deleted.

If you have placed an order with us, we will retain your order information either in our ecommerce administrator area, our order management software, or both. This information includes the product(s) and/or service(s) purchased, the date of your order, and any necessary information pertaining to the transaction (including billing and shipping information). In case of a financial audit, the need for proof of purchase, or for legal matters, order information cannot be requested for deletion.

Your Choices

Simple: you have the sole choice to provide us with your information, if you wish to do so.

-You can always choose not to provide information to us, visit our website, or conduct a business transaction with us.

-You can add, update, or delete certain information in certain areas (see “Information That You Can Access, Change, And Delete” above). When you update information, we sometimes keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

-You can always choose not to provide a product review or product question that may be published on our website.

-If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, you can opt-out (unsubscribe).

-You can opt-out of receiving advertising, including interest-based advertising, from third-party advertisers and ad networks who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or who follow the Digital Advertising Alliance’s (DAA) Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising by visiting the opt-out pages on the NAI website and DAA website.

-The Help feature on most internet browsers will tell you how to adjust your Cookie settings, though as stated previously, Cookies are required in order for you to place an order on our website.

Rights For Users In the European Union

Simple: if you are a user in the European Union (“EU”), you have certain rights to your information.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted (except in cases where we must retain such information; see “Information That You Cannot Change Or Delete” above). If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.

Additionally, if you are a resident of the European Union we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

Children and Minors

Simple: since our products and services are not intended for use or purchase by minors, we do not knowingly collect information on children / minors.

The products and services that we offer are never knowingly or intentionally marketed to minors, or purchased for (or by) minors. Therefore, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect or retain personal information on children / minors. If you believe that we have collected information about a child or minor, please contact us and we will delete all appropriate records.

Links To Other Websites

Simple: on occasion, our site may have a link to a non-related, external website that is not operated by our company. In these cases, we are not responsible for the third party website’s content, privacy policy, or their handling of any personal information that you choose to disclose to them.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website, or the information or content contained therein. Often links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our website.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from our website to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link on our website, is subject to that website's own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding.

Acquisition or Changes in Ownership

Simple: if we sell our company, our company is merged with another company, or our company is acquired by another company, your information will transfer to the new owner.

In the event that our website and business (or a substantial portion of its assets) is acquired, your information would be considered part of those assets, and may be part of those assets that are transferred.

Policy Modifications

Simple: privacy is important to us, and always will be. We will continuously update our privacy policy to ensure that it is clear, concise, and reflects the best interest of our users and customers. We may not notify you every time we make a revision or addition to our privacy policy, so we encourage you to check our privacy policy at any time.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If/when changes are made to this privacy policy, we may or may not contact users who have given us permission to do so. We will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically. However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.

If you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy, please contact us and we'll be glad to help.
